Process for hard enamel
- Artwork - from picture/poof to artworks
- Molding - Design the mold from artwork by CNC machine
- Stamping - Stamp the design on the metal using the mold
- Outline cutting - cut the shape of the design
- Attaching - post, pin or any other attachments
- Washing - make the metal is clear enough
- Coloring - one color at one time
- Baking - 450F for 10 minutes
- Stoning and Polishing - Finish the surface by stoing using carborundum stone
- Plating
- Inspection and Packing - one by one
Process for soft enamel
- Artwork - reproof and revisions
- Molding - Check and send the file to mold designer
- Stamping - The design are be stamped on the metal
- Outline cutting - cut the shape
- Attaching - post, pin or any other attachments
- Polishing - make the sureface smooth for plating
- Plating - gold, silver, copper and more
- Coloring - using soft enamel
- Baking - 500F for 30 minutes
- Inspection and Packing - one by one
